Palomino Unicorn mask with real hair handmade leather masquerade costume for Mardi Gras Halloween LARP

This unique handmade leather unicorn mask is truly one of a kind! Its real hair forelock (from a deer hide) adds realism, texture, and distinctiveness to your fantasy costume that you don’t get with most masquerade masks. With coloring like a golden palomino horse, this unicorn mask has been dyed tan (light brown) with pale cream-colored hair for the forelock and painted hair details in the ears and “eyelashes.” Its twisting horn has been painted a translucent iridescent pearly color to give the horn a golden shimmer.

Adding to the realism and character of this mask is a slight scar in the leather that runs from the unicorn’s right ear down the side of the face. (This scar is very shallow and does not compromise the strength of the leather… but it does tell a story!) The forelock sweeps slightly to one side, as if this unicorn is gazing across the plains on a windy day.
